Scope
|
The County intends to enter into a contract with a Contractor to provide services related to its Watershed Management Program, and the identification of Benthic Macroinvertebrate samples collected from local streams to aid in assessment of stream conditions. The State of MD requires that all identifications be performed by a taxonomist who is certified by the Society for Freshwater Science (SFS).
