Scope
|
The Montgomery County, Maryland Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), HIV/Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Services, seeks a vendor to support event planning, arts, culture programming, and on-site event management for the 3 rd annual Pride in the Plaza festival scheduled for Sunday, June 25, 2023. The estimated compensation for the project will range from $30,000 to $40,000 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023. The selected vendor will work with DHHS, HIV/STI Services staff and the Pride in the Plaza 2023 Steering Committee to create a comprehensive event plan; co-chair the Pride in the Plaza 2023 Steering Committee; program Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) focused arts and culture entertainment on the Pride in the Plaza 2023 main stage; and provide on-site event logistics management at the festival.
