The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Public Works, are accepting proposals for the River Road Culvert Replacement Project, as directed by the Director of Public Works. Work is generally described as follows:

• Demolition and removal of existing culverts
• Installation of a precast arch-culvert system
• Installation of guardrails
• Built-up asphalt roadway
• Stabilization

Bids must be received in the offices of the Caroline County Commissioners, County Courthouse located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629, by no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2024, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
