The Hagerstown Light Department (“HLD”) is accepting s bids for Electrical Distribution Transformers. This bid is for a blanket contract over the duration of the City of Hagerstown’s 2024 Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024. The Contract may be extended three (3) additional City fiscal years, upon written mutual consent and agreement of both parties. All units shall be delivered to 425 East Baltimore Street, Hagerstown MD 21740 for the Hagerstown Light Department hereafter called HLD, per the instructions and specifications contained within this document.
