Project entails the cosmetic refurbishment of the historic Engine 202 locomotive at the Hagerstown City Park. Work includes the construction of a new pavilion to cover the locomotive, and related site work.

Pre-bid meeting will be held on October 24, 2023 at 1:00 pm on site, weather permitting at 730 City Park Drive, Hagerstown, MD
