The Work includes the following major items: The project consist of the renovation of 26 separate restrooms housed within three (3) different buildings included within the Truman Parkway complex. The renovations include ADA compliant replacement plumbing fixtures and clearances, and energy efficient lighting. The proposed improvements are located within the following buildings in the Harry S. Truman Complex: Building 1, the Annex; Building 3, the Health Dept. Building; and Building 5, the Library Headquarters.
